1. General Provisions
This document regulates participation in the Mod Assistant Bot affiliate program. The program enables individuals and legal entities ("Partner") to earn rewards for attracting clients to the Company's platform through a referral link.
2. Participation Conditions
- Compensation: Partner receives a commission of 30% from each sale made through their referral link.
- Registration: available to registered users verified as partners on the Company's platform.
- Referral Link: unique link provided in the personal account for promotion via Telegram bot, social media, blogs, or other approved channels.
- Payouts: commission credited to the Partner's wallet balance; minimum withdrawal amount and payment schedule shown in the personal account.
Restrictions
- Spam, misleading advertising, and unethical promotion methods are prohibited.
- Self-registration through one's own referral link is forbidden.
Account suspension without fund withdrawal is possible for violations.
3. Promotion Regulation
Terms may be supplemented or changed through promotions ("Affiliate Program", "30% Partner Reward"). Details are published on the Company website under the "Promotions" section. The Company reserves the right to modify terms with advance notice.
4. Party Obligations
Company Responsibilities
- provide a unique referral link;
- award commissions per the terms;
- grant access to click and sales statistics.
Partner Responsibilities
- comply with the terms and applicable laws;
- provide accurate registration data;
- notify the Company of violations or system issues.
5. Modification and Termination
- The Company may modify the terms with Partner notification via website or account.
- The program may be suspended or terminated anytime with 7 calendar days' notice.
- The Partner may withdraw by notifying the Company through the account.
6. Final Provisions
The terms become effective upon Partner registration and remain until cancellation or modification. Support is available through the website contact form.
